Post-VIP Design Day
During your booked days, I'll be working on your website/tasks. We will be communicating through Voxer, to make sure everything is done and with feedback in a timely matter.

Once, you're booked in, I'll send you your client portal where you will fill out any info I need for that day along with content. We will be working from most important to least important tasks. I'll review everything prior to our VIP Design Day!

Right after the call, I'll send you over a proposal along with the contract + invoice. Once the contract and the deposit has been sent,

Before we start youll be added to my client portal on Notion where you will fill out different sections to get a better understanding of your vision, business needs, goals, etc. Youll also be getting a google doc, to upload your pictures.
What do I need to prepare before we start?
Absolutely! I include 7 days of email support after our Office Hours, so you can reach out with any quick questions or tweaks. If more extensive revisions are needed, we can discuss additional support options.
Can I request changes or revisions after the Office Hours are complete?
What if I need help with a platform you don't typically work with?
If you have a larger project or need ongoing support, we can discuss custom package options during our consultation call. I'm happy to tailor my services to best fit your needs and budget.
What if I need more than 8 hours of support?
No worries! During our initial consultation call, I'll help you identify and prioritize the tasks that will make the biggest impact on your website and business. We'll create a clear action plan together.
What if I'm not sure what tasks I need help with?
It depends on the complexity and number of tasks you have. That's why I try to work from most important to least. If we can't complete all the lower-priority tasks, we can always book another VIP day to ensure everything gets done.
